Roses & More uses a small, deliberate group of technologies because they create different kinds of stimulus. Assessment determines whether the skin needs mechanical ultrasound, plasma, controlled microneedling, spicule bio-microneedling — or none of them on that visit.
It's knowing which tool belongs in the treatment — and when it does not.

A concern does not tell us which device to use. The skin's current condition, treatment objective, tolerance and readiness all matter.
Mechanism before marketing
We care about what a technology physically does — mechanical acoustic effects, plasma, controlled needling or spicule stimulation — rather than how fashionable the machine sounds.
Selection before sequencing
Technologies can sometimes complement one another, but combination is not automatically better. First we decide what belongs. Only then do we consider order and sequence.
Restraint is part of treatment
Sometimes the right decision is to reduce intensity, choose another modality, use manual support instead, or leave a technology out entirely. More intervention is not the same as better care.
Concern → assessment → technology → protocol.
The client can arrive knowing exactly what they want — or knowing only what they are noticing. Either is fine. The technology decision comes later.

What is the skin showing?
We look at current condition, resilience, barrier presentation, tolerance, history and what appears appropriate on the day.
Which mechanism fits?
Mechanical ultrasound, plasma, microneedling, spicules, manual lymphatic work — or a quieter approach.
How should it be delivered?
Standalone or combined, intensity, order, preparation and aftercare are determined only after the technology has earned its place.
The treatment is not the machine. The treatment is the judgement that determines whether — and how — the machine is used.
Four technologies.
Four different forms of stimulus.
Each has its own mechanism and role. None is presented as universally superior to the others.
SonNext Ultrasound
SonNext uses non-focused, non-thermal ultrasound and mechanical acoustic effects. At Roses & More it can stand alone in selected protocols, but its most important combination role is around Plasma Microneedling where the sequence is appropriate.
NOVA Advanced Plasma
NOVA gives Roses & More access to both Cold Plasma and Hot Plasma. Depending on the skin and treatment objective, a session may use one modality or a considered sequence of both.
Precision Microneedling
Conventional microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled microscopic punctures and initiate a repair and remodelling response. It remains a deliberate modality in its own right rather than a lesser version of plasma-based treatment.
Spicule Dermal Therapy
Spicule bio-microneedling uses microscopic marine-derived structures rather than powered needles. The formulation direction and whether Spicule belongs in the session are selected according to the skin's current presentation.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
belongs beside the technology, not inside it.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a hands-on modality. It can be directly bookable in its own right, and Face MLD may also be incorporated into selected sessions when assessment indicates that manual lymphatic work belongs in the treatment composition.
Face and body lymphatic work where appropriate.
May sit alongside selected facial treatments without being treated as an automatic add-on.
