Book instantly online via Fresha, WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged for best availability.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes! We offer flexible, penalty-free rescheduling and cancellation—just let us know as soon as possible.

Safety & Downtime

Is there any downtime?

Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some mild redness or flaking is possible, but you’ll be makeup-ready within 24–48 hours for most protocols.

Are your protocols safe during pregnancy?

We offer pregnancy-safe options and always review your health status before any session. Please inform us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do you offer packages?

Yes! We have credit packages (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold) and session-based packages for select services. Packages offer savings of 20–25% and priority booking.

Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden costs—your therapist will always discuss pricing and options before any treatment. All prices are transparent and GST-inclusive.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible, penalty-free cancellation and rescheduling. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can help another client in need.

Can I transfer my package or credits?

Yes, you may transfer unused credits or sessions to a friend or family member—just inform our team and we’ll handle the details.
