We want our relationship with every client to be built on trust and clarity. These Terms exist not to protect us from you, but to ensure that both of us know exactly what to expect โ€” and that every experience at Roses & More is a good one.

Section 01

Acceptance of terms

By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or using our services in any form, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before your first visit.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not book or use our services. Your continued use of our services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Section 02

Services provided

Roses & More provides non-invasive aesthetic and wellness treatments, including but not limited to:

  • NOVA Dual Plasma skin treatments (hot plasma, cold plasma, and P.A.M.)
  • SonNext therapeutic ultrasound
  • Spicule Dermal Therapy (bio-microneedling)
  • Precision Microneedling and advanced skin rejuvenation
  • Clinical Lymphatic Activation Therapy
  • Parafango thermal body treatments
  • N.O.E.L clinical aromatherapy and holistic wellness
  • Hair and scalp treatments
  • Skin consultations and composed treatment protocols

All treatments are delivered by trained practitioners. Protocols are composed based on individual skin assessment, health history, and your stated goals. We reserve the right to modify our service menu at any time.

Section 03

Booking & appointments

How to book

Appointments can be made via any of the following:

Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is confirmed. Please check your confirmation details and contact us promptly if anything needs to be amended.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any pre-treatment consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments โ€” the full session fee will apply.

First-time clients

All new clients are required to complete an intake form and provide written informed consent before any treatment. These documents collect the health history and skin information necessary to ensure your treatment is safe, appropriate, and well-composed for your skin.

Cancellation & rescheduling

We maintain a straightforward, client-friendly approach to cancellations and rescheduling.

Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness or emergency, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In any such case, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative dates or a full refund of any prepayment made.

Repeated no-shows

While we do not charge for missed appointments, clients who repeatedly fail to attend without any notice may be asked to provide advance payment to secure future bookings. We will always discuss this with you before implementing any such requirement.

Payment terms

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayNow (Singapore)
  • Cash (in-studio)
  • Fresha credits

Payment timing

Payment is typically made in-studio after your treatment. Online prepayment via Fresha is available for those who prefer it.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Current pricing is published on our website and Fresha booking platform. Prices are subject to change โ€” any changes will not affect sessions already booked and confirmed at the previous price.

Treatment credits & packages

Our treatment model is credit-based. Credits may be used flexibly across services and do not expire unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase. Full package terms are provided at the point of purchase.

Refunds

We handle refund requests individually and with good faith:

  • Unsatisfactory treatment: We will work with you to resolve concerns through re-treatment, adjustment, or credit โ€” at our discretion and after review
  • Medical contraindication preventing treatment: Full refund or credit of any prepayment made
  • Prepaid bookings cancelled with 24+ hours notice: Full refund available on request
  • Unused package credits: Refund of unused value is available subject to the terms stated at purchase

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the treatment date by emailing hello@rosesnmore.com.

Section 06

Client responsibilities

Accurate disclosure

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your medical history, current medications, known allergies and sensitivities, previous aesthetic treatments or procedures, and any relevant conditions including pregnancy or breastfeeding. Failure to disclose information that affects treatment safety is your responsibility โ€” and may result in adverse reactions for which Roses & More cannot be held liable.

Informed consent

Written informed consent is required before any treatment. Consent forms explain the procedure, its intended outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare requirements. You have the right to ask questions and withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins.

Aftercare compliance

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner. Non-compliance with aftercare guidelines โ€” including use of restricted products, sun exposure, or return to contraindicated activities โ€” may affect your results and does not constitute grounds for a refund or complaint.

Contraindications

You must inform us of any contraindications before your appointment. Common contraindications across our treatment modalities include:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active skin infections, open wounds, or cold sores in the treatment area
  • Recent cosmetic medical procedures (Botox, fillers, laser treatments) โ€” timing varies by treatment
  • Autoimmune conditions or immunosuppressant medications
  • Pacemakers or implanted electronic devices (relevant for plasma and microneedling)
  • Blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant medications
  • Active eczema, rosacea, or psoriasis flares in the treatment area

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if contraindications are identified at or before your appointment. In such cases, we will always discuss alternative options with you.

Treatment disclaimers

Results vary

Treatment outcomes depend on individual factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, home care, and consistency of attendance. We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or that outcomes will match those of other clients. We will always give you our honest assessment of what is achievable for your skin at consultation.

Aesthetic, not medical

The services provided by Roses & More are aesthetic and wellness treatments. They do not constitute medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a skin or health condition that requires medical attention, please consult a licensed physician. We are happy to work alongside your medical care โ€” but we do not replace it.

Risks and side effects

All treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These are disclosed in detail during your consultation and consent process, and vary by treatment. Common across modalities:

  • Temporary redness, warmth, or mild sensitivity in the treatment area
  • Mild swelling, tingling, or surface changes during the healing window
  • Rare allergic reactions to formulation ingredients (patch testing available on request)
  • Temporary changes in skin texture or tone during active renewal phases

Serious adverse reactions are rare. We will discuss all relevant risks with you before any treatment proceeds.

Patch testing

Patch testing is available on request for clients with sensitive skin or known ingredient allergies. We recommend it for first-time treatments involving new formulations.

Section 08

Photography &
image consent.

Treatment documentation

We may photograph the treatment area before, during, and after your session for the purpose of clinical record-keeping, progress tracking, and continuity of care. These images are stored securely and confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PDPA obligations.

Marketing and social media

We will never use your images for marketing, social media, or any promotional purpose without your explicit written consent. Consent for marketing photography is entirely separate from your treatment consent and is always optional. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

Anonymisation

Any before-and-after images used for marketing purposes will be fully anonymised โ€” no identifying features visible โ€” unless you have explicitly and separately consented to being identifiable.

Section 09

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content associated with Roses & More โ€” including our website, social media, treatment protocols, educational materials, branding, copy, photography, and design โ€” is the intellectual property of Roses & More Pte Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Restrictions

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute our content in any form
  • Use our brand name, logos, or trademarks in any context
  • Replicate, reverse-engineer, or commercially apply our treatment protocols
  • Screen-capture or redistribute our educational content for commercial purposes

Personal, non-commercial sharing of content โ€” such as reposting a social media post with credit โ€” is welcomed and appreciated.

Section 10

Liability &
indemnification.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Roses & More Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunity
  • Adverse reactions or complications arising from your failure to disclose accurate health information
  • Outcomes that do not meet your expectations where our agreed protocol was properly carried out
  • Results affected by your non-compliance with aftercare instructions

Maximum liability

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment to which the claim relates.

Your indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roses & More Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and practitioners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to disclose accurate medical information, your non-compliance with aftercare or consent requirements, or your violation of these Terms.

Section 11

Data protection &
privacy.

Your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We collect only what we need, use it only for the purposes we describe, and never sell it to third parties. For full details of your rights and our obligations, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Section 12

Third-party services

Fresha

Our booking platform, Fresha, operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Fresha's platform functionality, data practices, or availability. Any issues with the Fresha platform should be directed to Fresha's support team, though we are always happy to assist you with booking via WhatsApp or email as an alternative.

HitPay

Payments processed through HitPay are subject to HitPay's own terms and conditions. We do not store your full payment card details โ€” these are handled securely by HitPay's payment infrastructure.

External links

Our website and communications may contain links to external platforms including social media channels, partner websites, and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external website. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before interacting with it.

Section 13

Conduct &
our studio environment.

Our studio

Roses & More is a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment. We ask all clients to treat our team and fellow clients with the same consideration that we extend to you. This means:

  • Respectful and courteous communication with all staff and practitioners
  • Refraining from discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behaviour of any kind
  • Respecting the privacy and comfort of others in the studio
  • Following our studio guidelines regarding noise, mobile phones, and personal space

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to decline service or end a session early if a client is behaving in a manner that is abusive, disruptive, or threatening; is visibly under the influence of alcohol or substances; presents undisclosed contraindications that make treatment unsafe; or is in violation of these Terms. In cases of genuine safety concern or misconduct, no refund will be provided for the session in question.

Section 14

Force majeure

We shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, equipment failure or supply disruption, and power or telecommunications outages.

In any such circumstance, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity, and to communicate with you promptly and transparently. Any prepayment made for an affected appointment will be refunded or credited in full.

Section 15

Governing law &
dispute resolution.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by Roses & More shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Section 16

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 17

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any treatment-specific consent forms completed prior to treatment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roses & More Pte Ltd with respect to your use of our services.

These Terms supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements โ€” whether oral or written โ€” relating to the subject matter herein. No verbal statement made by a member of our team modifies these Terms unless confirmed in writing by Roses & More Pte Ltd.

Section 18

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time, to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, the updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
