Scar Treatment Singapore — Scars & Texture at Roses & More

Scar Treatment Singapore — Assessment-Led Care for Scars & Texture

Scar treatment Singapore at Roses & More Skin Alchemy begins with understanding what kind of scar or textural concern the skin is presenting rather than assuming that one resurfacing treatment fits every case.

Current Scars & Texture treatments include BIO GLOW Refine, a spicule-based resurfacing treatment; LIFT & FIRM Scar & Texture Remodelling, a Plasma Microneedling composition; and LIFT & FIRM Scar Renewal, an Advanced Resurfacing Protocol combining Plasma Microneedling with complementary resurfacing.

Concerns may include post-acne scarring, uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores and other textural irregularities. Treatment selection follows assessment of what the skin is presenting and the objective of the visit.

If you are considering scar treatment Singapore, share what you are noticing and Roses & More can guide you toward the appropriate treatment or booking pathway. Roses & More Skin Alchemy is at 64B Peck Seah Street, Tanjong Pagar, Singapore 079325.

A scar doesn’t tell us which treatment belongs.

Scars and textural concerns can present in different ways. Roses & More begins with what the skin is presenting and what the visit is trying to address before deciding whether a spicule treatment, Plasma Microneedling, a composed resurfacing protocol, or another approach belongs.

The concern starts the conversation.
Assessment shapes what follows.

Our Approach
Texture is a concern. Not a treatment prescription.

Someone may arrive concerned about old acne scarring, an uneven surface, enlarged-looking pores, a surgical scar or another textural change.

That tells us what matters to the client. It does not automatically tell us which modality should be used.

Current Scars & Texture services include Spicule Dermal Resurfacing, Plasma Microneedling and a more composed Advanced Resurfacing Protocol. They are different treatment structures, not steps on a universal ladder.

What We Are Looking At

Similar concerns can still call for different approaches.

These are starting considerations rather than a remote concern-to-treatment lookup table.

01

What you are noticing

The starting point may be a scar, uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores or another textural concern.

02

What the skin is presenting

Treatment selection follows the skin being seen now, rather than relying only on the name of the concern.

03

The treatment objective

Before choosing a modality, Roses & More establishes what the visit is actually trying to address.

04

The appropriate composition

A modality or composed treatment is selected because it belongs to that objective — not simply because it is the most elaborate option.

Assessment Before Modality

We don’t start with “Which resurfacing treatment?” We start with the skin.

You can absolutely tell Roses & More which treatment you are considering. That preference is useful information. The final choice still follows assessment of what the skin is presenting and the objective of the visit.

Concern → Assessment → Objective → Modality / Composition
Current Scars & Texture Treatments

Three compositions. Not three levels.

Each treatment has a different structure. More components or a longer session do not automatically make a treatment more appropriate for a particular concern.

Spicule Treatment · 60 Minutes

BIO GLOW Refine Spicule Dermal Resurfacing

Marine-Derived Spicule Treatment

BIO GLOW Refine is the current spicule-based treatment within the Scars & Texture collection.

It uses marine-derived spicules rather than a powered needle device, giving it a fundamentally different treatment structure from Plasma Microneedling.

Needle-free does not mean universally gentler, nor does it make BIO GLOW the automatic starting treatment. Suitability still follows assessment.

Plasma Microneedling · 90 Minutes

LIFT & FIRM Scar & Texture Remodelling

Plasma Microneedling Protocol

LIFT & FIRM Scar & Texture Remodelling is the current Plasma Microneedling composition within this concern category.

It uses Plasma Microneedling rather than spicules, making it a distinct modality rather than simply a stronger version of BIO GLOW Refine.

The fact that this service uses microneedling and plasma does not mean it is automatically the correct choice whenever a scar is present.

Duration 90 min
Single $428
Package $388
Composed Resurfacing · 150 Minutes

LIFT & FIRM Scar Renewal

Advanced Resurfacing Protocol

LIFT & FIRM Scar Renewal is a more composed current service, combining Plasma Microneedling with complementary resurfacing elements within a longer treatment structure.

Current composition also includes: Swiss Exosome, PDRN & NAD+ treatment components.

A more elaborate composition does not automatically mean a more appropriate treatment. The additional components have a defined place only where that service belongs to the treatment objective.

How They Differ

Different treatment structures. Not different ranks.

The useful comparison is what each service contains, not which one sounds more powerful.

BIO GLOW Refine Spicule Dermal Resurfacing
A spicule-based treatment using marine-derived spicules. It does not use a powered microneedling device.
LIFT & FIRM Scar & Texture Plasma Microneedling
A Plasma Microneedling treatment composition. This distinguishes it structurally from the spicule-based BIO GLOW service.
LIFT & FIRM Scar Renewal Advanced Resurfacing Protocol
A longer composed service combining Plasma Microneedling with complementary resurfacing and additional current treatment components including Swiss Exosome, PDRN and NAD+.
An Important Distinction

More intensive does not mean more appropriate.

A client does not need to work upwards through these treatments, and the longest or most elaborate service is not automatically the destination.

Equally, a preference for a particular modality can be discussed without turning that preference into a treatment decision before the skin has been assessed.

The objective is not to use the most technology. It is to select the composition that belongs to the skin, the concern and the purpose of the visit.
Questions

Questions

Which scar or texture treatment should I choose?

You do not need to decide solely from the menu. Share what you are noticing and which treatments, if any, you are already considering. Treatment selection follows assessment of what the skin is presenting and the objective of the visit.

What is the difference between BIO GLOW Refine and Plasma Microneedling?

BIO GLOW Refine uses marine-derived spicules and does not use a powered microneedling device. LIFT & FIRM Scar & Texture Remodelling is a Plasma Microneedling composition.

What is different about LIFT & FIRM Scar Renewal?

Scar Renewal is a longer Advanced Resurfacing Protocol. It combines Plasma Microneedling with complementary resurfacing and additional current treatment components including Swiss Exosome, PDRN and NAD+.

Is the most expensive treatment the best treatment?

Not necessarily. Different services have different compositions. The appropriate choice is not determined simply by price, duration or number of treatment components.

Can I ask about a particular treatment before I visit?

Yes. Your preference is useful information and can be discussed. It does not lock the treatment decision before assessment.

Start With What You Are Noticing

You don’t need to diagnose the scar yourself. Start with the concern.

Tell Roses & More what you are noticing, where the concern is and which treatments you may already be considering. The team can then guide you toward the appropriate treatment or booking pathway.
