Your body does not always need
more intensity.
Body wellness treatments Singapore at Roses & More begin with a simple principle: your body does not always need more intensity. Puffiness, heaviness, tension and fatigue can call for something quieter — fluid movement, sustained warmth, recovery and space to settle. BODY & WELLNESS brings together our body-focused restorative pathways — selected according to what you are actually feeling, not a one-size-fits-all idea of “detox” or sculpting.
Read the body.
Then choose the treatment.
A body that feels heavy after long hours sitting does not necessarily need the same treatment as one carrying muscular tension after training. Puffiness is not the same presentation as fatigue, and the desire for warmth and stillness is different again.
Our body wellness treatments Singapore collection therefore begins with the presentation. Body Lymph Flow uses gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques when fluid movement and de-puffing are the priority. Detox Cocoon uses sustained Parafango warmth when the body is asking for thermal comfort and restorative care.
When both make sense, they can be composed as one longer reset.
Two pathways.
One assessment-first approach.
You do not need to diagnose what your body needs before arriving. These pathways are simply useful starting points for the conversation.
Body Lymph Flow
A gentle full-body Manual Lymphatic Drainage protocol using light, rhythmic movements along appropriate drainage pathways. The session is designed around fluid movement, de-puffing and the sense of lightness many clients seek after sedentary periods, travel or general heaviness.
Best considered when:
General puffiness · Heavy-feeling legs · Sedentary routines · Travel · Recovery
Detox Cocoon
A warming Parafango® body ritual in which the body is wrapped in a sustained thermal treatment and given time to settle. We position Detox Cocoon as restorative body care rather than a promise to “flush toxins”: warmth, stillness and sensory care are the centre of the experience.
Best considered when:
Muscular tension · Physical fatigue · Cold or air-conditioned days · Deep relaxation
Warm first.
Then move.
For some clients, the two pathways belong in the same session: thermal comfort first, gentle lymphatic work second. We combine them only when the presentation and health history make the pairing appropriate.
Parafango® provides a sustained warming phase designed to encourage relaxation and ease before the hands-on portion of the session.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage then uses light, rhythmic technique to support movement of lymph fluid through functioning drainage pathways.
One body. Two different needs. Combined only when the assessment says both belong.
Do not book a buzzword.
Book what your body needs.
“Detox”, “sculpting” and “drainage” are often used as though they describe the same objective. They do not. We would rather begin with what you are noticing and decide from there.
Your therapist can then guide you towards Body Lymph Flow, Detox Cocoon, a combination of both, or another Roses & More pathway if that makes more sense.
N·O·E·L Aromatics.
Part of the ritual, not a medical claim.
Questions about
Body & Wellness.
Is Manual Lymphatic Drainage the same as a deep body massage?
No. Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, specialised skin movements rather than deep pressure. It is intended to support movement of lymph fluid and is fundamentally different from deep-tissue or muscular massage.
Will I look or feel less puffy after Body Lymph Flow?
Some clients notice a feeling of lightness or a visible reduction in temporary puffiness after a session, but responses vary. We do not promise inch loss, weight loss or a guaranteed change in body shape.
What does “Detox Cocoon” mean if you are not claiming to remove toxins?
Detox Cocoon is the name of our Parafango® thermal ritual. We use “Detox” as a wellness concept — a pause from physical and sensory overload — rather than as a claim that the treatment removes stored toxins from the body.
Who should check before booking Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Please tell us about significant medical conditions before booking. Manual Lymphatic Drainage may be unsuitable or may require medical clearance in situations such as active infection or inflammation, a blood clot, certain heart problems, or cancer affecting the area. If you are under medical care for swelling or lymphoedema, follow the advice of your treating clinician or lymphoedema specialist.
Your body is already
telling you something.
Start with what you are noticing. We will help you decide whether the right next step is movement, warmth, both — or something else entirely.
